Pearl Wedding Anniversary

In a few weeks time my Sister In Law Linda & her husband Richard are celebrating their pearl wedding anniversary.
I thought I'd be super organised and make them a card using my Hanglar wedding couple stamp which I am ashamed to say has never been inked up. My Mother In Law then asked me if I would also make a card for her to give to them and so I decided to try my hand at something different and made a card in the shape of a champagne bottle and gift box. I am really pleased with how both cards have turned out.

Friday Sketcher

Hope you are all having a good weekend. I went to my local craft store this morning and treated myself to Cute Companions Christmas Delight stamp set and the Winter Tales cd and then made my card this afternoon. This card is for one of my sweet little nephews who now in live in Australia.
I am entering my card into this weeks challenge over at Friday Sketchers following Jeanette's wonderful sketch.
It doesn't show up very well in the photo but I have used my snowflake Cuttlebug folder and added a tulle bow with a snowflake charm. The image did not require much colouring so a very quick & easy card.

Magnolia Christmas

Lately I have been struggling with my mojo and time, I'm super busy at work which is a good thing but have no energy to make cards in the evening. I did manage to make this card the other weekend but forgot to post it.
The image is by Magnolia from last years Winter kit club. The image has been coloured using a combination of Copics & Pro-markers. I have added a tulle ribbon with a snowflake charm, papers are by Basic Grey.

A Spoon Full Of Sugar

Happy Monday everyone, hope you are having a good day. Mine has been quite productive and I've made a card for a work colleague following a fabulous sketch by Michelle O from A Spoon Full Of Sugar challenge.
The image is by Magnolia and it is from one of their kits from a while ago but just perfect for the difficult men's cards. I have used a combination of Pro-markers & Copics to colour Edwin. The arrows I cut out on my Cricut and my Big Bite to add the eyelets.

Papertake Weekly

Not really had much chance to venture into my craft room this week as I've been catching up on various bits & bobs in the house now Poppy is back at school. However, I did have a couple of hours free this afternoon and so I decided to follow this weeks sketch over at Papertake Weekly.
I have used a stamp called Maya's Sledge by Papilo which my lovely friend May Britt bought for me. I have coloured the image using Copics, added a tulle ribbon with a snowflake charm.

Cards for Paige

A fellow crafter Erin http://www.scrapstampandbemerry.blogspot.com/ is asking for some help. Her 13 year old neighbour Paige has recently been involved in a terrible boating accident and has had to have part of her arm amputated. Erin would love to cheer Paige up by her receiving cards from all around the world. Please visit Erin's blog for more details.
I was telling my daughter Poppy age 12 all about Paige's accident and she said that she would love to make a card for Paige. So off she went to the craft room and made a panda her first ever attempt at a tear bear. I think she has done a grand job! For my card I used a sweet image by Greeting Farm Factory.

Snow Anya

A modern style Christmas card for one of my hubby's nieces using Snow Anya. I am a big fan of these stamps because they are so cute & easy to colour.
I couldn't make up my mind which sketch to follow so I made up my own and I think it works well with this card. The design papers are from last years Christmas stack by DCWV. I have used tulle to make a bow and then threaded a snowflake charm using a jump ring.
The sentiment "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas" is from Elyzbell.
Thanks for looking & have a good weekend

Too Late Again....

I made this card following the sketch on Papertake Weekly but left it too late to enter, I seem to do this a lot!

The image is Edwin by Magnolia from their Fall kit which arrived on my doormat yesterday. My husband Roger really enjoys cooking and as it's his birthday next month I thought this image was perfect for him.
I have masked two of the stamps and have doodled by hand around the image and coloured using Pro-markers & Copics.
