Hanglar Card

I've made this book for my Mother In Law for her birthday. The idea came from my lovely friend May Britt who sent me a fabulous Christmas card using this template. I loved it so much that I decided to make one too. The principle is that you have 4 large (10" diameter) circles, fold, decorate and stick together, it is easier than it looks. This card took me several evenings to complete but well worth it.

Merry Christmas

Christmas Comments

I've been amazed at all the lovely comments I have received on my blog this year and I thank you for your kind words. Although I have never meet any of you I feel that I've made a lot of lovely friends through my blog. I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

This week on Cute Card Thursday the challenge is to use your punches, as I've used my Martha Stewart border punch I thought I'd enter this card.

After making my Husband's Christmas card with the Xmas Messy rabbit I just had to order this little cutie. This stamp is so versatile and can also be used for Easter cards as well Mother's day and birthdays. I can see me buying more Messy rabbit stamps, lol!

The pretty papers are by K&Co and the border is a Martha Stewart border punch, flowers from stash.

Have a good Sunday and thanks for looking

House Mouse

I have now made all my Christmas cards and so
I'm being super organised and have started making my birthday cards for next year. My MIL's birthday is at the beginning of Feb and so this card is for her.
The image is just so cute, I love House Mouse and they are great to colour in. The sentiment was a freebie with a magazine and just perfect for this card.
The ribbon is from Marlene's ribbon share and I've used my Martha Stewart border punch.

Christmas Gifts

I've been busy making 7 of these gift sets for Poppy to give to her school friends. The idea came from the very talented Caz . They are really quick and cheap total cost 30p each, the set contains a notepad which I've covered and mounted a stamp image onto, gel pen, rubber & binder clip. Hope her friends like them.

How is everyone's Christmas preparations going? I've now finished, everything is wrapped and the cards have gone in the post, so now I have some time to craft.

MoJo Monday #63

I've found a super new challenge site called Poetic Artistry which has a new sketch every Monday. This is my entry for Monday #63. I've had this Bella stamp for ages but never seem to get round to using it, I think it suits the dp.

As usual I've coloured the image with my Pro-makers and the ribbon arrived today from Marlene , I joined her fabulous ribbon share.
